Opencart CraftyClicks (Postcode Lookup)

The key to a successful e-commerce site is ensuring that it is as easy as possible for the customer to purchase the item they wish to buy. OpenCart does a great job of this out of the box with its one page checkout, however one thing that it misses that all the big players on the web use is Postcode and Address lookup.

Enhancing your website to give it the ability for the customer to simply enter their postcode and click their house number, gives your site a more professional feel and ensures your customers can purchase products as quickly and easily as possible.

We have teamed up with CraftyClicks to bring you a module for OpenCart that from a fresh install is as simple as copying a few files to install.

Prices for the lookups can be seen on the CraftClicks website, but the module is FREE.

You Can download the module here (Download)

If you have any comments or small queries on the module please leave a comment below.

If you need further help with OpenCart design and development, or require assistance installing the module don’t hesitate to contact us on the form to the right.

What version of opencart is this module built for?

It supports all versions through a manual install and versions 1.5.1 – 1.5.1.3 via a simple file upload.

i’m using open-cart, now i’m trying to find some extensions that can make the customers choose and buy the products in the list page, it means that the customers can select many products to buy at once, don’t need to open the products page one by one and click “add to cart:, any body can help me with it?

We aren’t fully sure what you mean here.. perhaps you could send us an email with a link to your site and we can look into it further.

Hi, this is a fantastic module!

Is there anyway that you can also pull the region/state from the postcode lookup? It is the only field not being populated, it seems a shame that everything else is automated!

      Hi Matt,

The module should fill in the region/state field as long as the region exists in the drop down.

If you are having issues please drop us an email or contact us via the contact page with your URL and we can look into this.
